Triangle of Gold in Valencia

The real estate company Llanera appears to be negotiating the acquisition of a company called REVA, which controls the largest citrus operation in the province of Valencia.

With the purchase of Reva, Llanera would own 6.5 million meters in the triangle between the A-3, the by-pass and the Perenxisa mountain range (Calicanto and “El Bosque”).The agricultural land owned by Reva, belongs to 3 municipal boroughs: Chiva (the majority), Aldaya and Torrent (the least), and consists of different types of oranges and mandarins.

In parallel with this process, Reva created a real estate division that has been urbanizing various plots of land located to the north of the A3, in the municipality of Ribarroja, where industrial estates and residential groups have been created.

Three years ago, the international real estate consultant Richard Ellis described this area as an authentic “triangle of gold”, indicating that it was one of the areas of future urban expansion with the greatest projection and expectations in Spain, due to the strategic location, magnificent communications with the Mediterranean, the availability of water and its proximity to the airport and the city of Valencia. And yet it stated that such advantages were, nevertheless, priced lower than in Madrid or Barcelona.
